We are still looking for people to represent the diversity of our parish for the opening procession: Spanish, English and German. v Making preparation for the Lenten Season. Since Lent comes so close to the Christmas season this year, plus the added themes of the 50th Anniversary year, we will not begin any new initiatives for the Lenten season. We are concerned that with so much going on, so quickly, people will miss the intent of each event. Keeping it simple is our goal. v Places, dates, times of all Lenten Masses, Stations of the Cross, Penance Services, Holy Week and Adult Education Opportunities will go out to all parish members, active and inactive. Environment Committee - The banners for the 50th Anniversary are here. The Knights of Columbus will be putting up those outside and the committee will get the help it needs to put up the large banner in the sanctuary. Christmas decorations will come down after the last Mass this Sunday, Jan. 13, The Feast of the Baptism of the Lord.
